I had an incredible stay at the Sofitel in Sanya. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure my experience was enjoyable. The food at the hotel was absolutely divine, with a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. The pools were amazing, and my kids had a blast swimming and even trying out the go karts. The beach may not have been right in front of the hotel, but it was just a short walk away and the water was pristine. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

We loved this hotel located on a peaceful bay with beautiful coconut trees and clear water. Our room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a wonderful view of the bay from the balcony. The hotel facilities, including pools, gym, and spa, were all great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of both Western and Asian dishes.

The location of the hotel in Jade tower is ideal for backpackers who are willing to use a taxi to explore the area. the hotel is right next to a beautiful beach, offering stunning views from the rooms, and has lush green gardens. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the breakfast is varied and delicious. the hotel facilities, such as the pools and gym, are well-maintained and inviting.

The hotel's prices can be a bit high for budget travelers.

The pools were nice and refreshing on a hot day and there was a good selection of food at breakfast. the beach was also peaceful with a boardwalk for a nice stroll.

The hotel was isolated and far from any attractions. the internet was not free and the charge was not advertised.

The rooms are spacious, with wonderful amenities, including a balcony with a great view. The food was exquisite, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The organized activities kept us busy and entertained during our stay. The kids had a blast in the swimming pool, and they loved the kids' club. a great experience that we highly recommend to others.

The beach area was not up to our expectations, which was a bit disappointing. It was quite a distance to walk from the hotel, and once there, the water seemed too rough for swimming.

While it was enjoyable, the volume was a bit too high making it difficult to have conversations. this did not affect our overall experience, and we still had a perfect stay at this amazing hotel.
